OUR ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS HAVE CHANGED—PLEASE READ ALL TERMS CAREFULLY!!!
1. A $2.00 service fee is included in the online ticket price. This fee covers processing and/or mailing expenses that are assessed per ticket. After your purchase, you will receive a payment receipt via e-mail from Paypal containing your transaction information. Please print this e-mail for your reference. If you do not receive a receipt from Paypal, simply log into your Paypal account and locate the transaction, and then print it. (Paypal credit card charges will appear as THE CELLAR on your monthly card statement.)
2. For ticket(s) purchased up until the week before a show, we will mail the ticket(s) to you via first class postage (USPS). If you purchase the ticket(s) the week of the show (0-7 days prior), we will hold the tickets for you at The Cellar's box office. You must provide our agents with proper identification (state license or state ID) and your Paypal confirmation number in order to receive your tickets the day of the show. There are no more will-call hours. Our box window for on-site shows is located at the entrance of The Cellar.
3. The Cellar reserves the right to issue refunds for purchases based on availability. No other refunds will be offered for online ticket purchases. Neither The Cellar nor ZAM Productions/Los Gallos Mexican Restaurants will be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. The Cellar will attempt to coordinate admission for those with lost or stolen tickets at the buyers inconvenience (admission may be delayed or denied). Fraudulent activity will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law as per the Ohio Revised Code & Struthers City Ordinance.
4. Please remember that audio or video recording of performances at The Cellar, or associated with ZAM Productions, Los Gallos Mexican Restaurants, or Pannutti Productions, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
